Vinificazione e affinamento

Viognier Grapes are manually harvested in boxes and carefully selected by the end og August; vinified in stainless steel tanks between 10 – 12 C° for 15 days. After the alcoholic fermentation it rests on fine lees for ageing and is then bottled.

Descrizione del vino

La Merla displays a bright straw-yellow color. Ageing on fine lees gives the wine roundness of flavor and deep perfumes. Floral and grassy notes go along with hints of citruses and ananas. Well balanced between structure and acidity on the palate with a persistent long finish.
